These terms describe the SMS text-messaging program operated by Undervoice, a d/b/a (assumed business name) of Loser.com LLC. By opting in you agree to these terms, read together with our Privacy Policy.

Program description

Undervoice sends transactional service and account notifications to its own partners and clients — provisioning and deployment status, account notices, and appointment or callback confirmations. This is not a marketing program.

How you consent (opt in)

Verbally during an onboarding call, after a representative reads a disclosure and obtains your consent (calls are recorded); or
By agreeing to receive service notifications when you engage Undervoice and provide your mobile number.

We never use purchased or third-party lists. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe (one confirmation, then no further texts).
Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP, or email [email protected].

We do not share or sell your mobile information

No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
